Deep Tissue
Relieve painful knots and muscle tension throughout the body. It targets deep layers of muscle and the surrounding tissues works to lengthen and relax deep tissue. This type of massage may help manage pain and increase a person’s range of motion.
Warm Bamboo
Similar to Deep tissue with the added benefit of warmth from heated Bamboo sticks. The kneading and rolling action used helps elongate the muscles, can accelerate rehabilitation for many injuries, promotes the release of endorphins which provides the body with a natural pain killing boost. Helps alleviate arthritic pain, particularly in the neck and shoulders. It is one of my favourite treatments to offer.
Hot Stone
The heat and smoothness of the stones rolling over the body is relaxing, but more invigorating than a traditional Relaxing massage. Also, the heat of the stones can help release tension in your back and shoulders, allowing those muscles to be worked on more effectively.
